Like many service providers, yallo has also faced rising operational costs over the past year, including higher electricity prices (+23% on average), insurance, and rents. Additionally, construction costs, access fees to third-party networks, and labor costs have continued to rise.

Thanks to the targeted application of innovative technologies and efficiency measures, yallo has been able to absorb most of these rising costs. However, these external developments make a moderate price adjustment necessary.

As of 1 April 2025, the monthly base fees for our mobile subscriptions will be adjusted. The increase averages 1.5% and varies between CHF 0.50 and CHF 2.00, depending on the subscription. For most subscriptions, the adjustment will be CHF 1.00. No price adjustments will apply to our prepaid offers, options, or installment payments for devices.

Even after this adjustment, yallo continues to offer an excellent quality for the best prices. Our customers enjoy flexible plans, innovative services, a strong network and high quality customer service. The Sunrise mobile network was rated “OUTSTANDING” for the ninth consecutive time in the renowned connect network test (01/2025).

The yallo Internet and yallo TV subscriptions are also not affected by this adjustment. Our Gigaspeed internet offers stand out with the fastest downloads (active measurements) and the most reliable connection (crowd measurements), and were also rated “OUTSTANDING” in the connect broadband test (10/2024).
