Broadband Network awarded!

In the Connect test (issue 10/2024), Sunrise's broadband and landline network was rated “OUTSTANDING”. This makes it one of only two Swiss landline providers to meet Connect's criteria for nationwide operators.

yallo is the 2023 Industry Champion!

The Swiss Institute for Quality Testing (Schweizer Institut für Qualitätstests, SIQT) recently announced the winners of the 2023 Swiss Industry Monitor. yallo received top ratings and was awarded the distinction of 2023 Industry Champion in the areas of Mobile, Internet and TV. In addition, yallo won first place in the Mobile Shops category. As part of the SIQT tests, 151 industries were examined to determine the satisfaction of Swiss consumers. The test is designed to help consumers find the right mobile provider in an independent and objective manner.

Mobile telephony – bonus.ch survey

Bonus.ch carries out an annual customer satisfaction survey among its users, looking at mobile phone services. More than 2.600 people rated their provider on the basis of the following criteria: provider services, customer service, subscription administration, prepaid administration and value for money. yallo scored 5.1 overall, with 6 being the best score.
